Dallas, Texas, Februauy 2010- JerriSpeaks, Motivational Speaker and Self-Help Coach has writter a book and created a stage play tailored for both men and women in the compelling story The Black Woman’s Attitude, And The Men Who Want to Love Us. For over two years, Jerri has spoken at various events and churches in DFW, Houston and surrounding states sharing the message, “When women are equipped for success, the entire family will benefit.” Jerri empowers women through an open, bold, and direct forum, “WOMAN TALK”, and has now decided to present her message in a different format, theatrics.
“As a life-coach, black women share with me many of their concerns; Why they don’t get the job after an interview, why they’re let go from a job after several write ups, how to bridge the relationships between them and their children, how to build self-esteem and wanting to have a closer walk with God, etc.” says Jerri. “But the concern I hear the most is, ‘why can’t I get or keep a man?"
The Black Woman’s Attitude, And The Men Who Want To Love Us was written to help black women take a look in the mirror, and see for themselves what everyone else sees, the attitude that they portray. This inspirational drama will give insight on why there’s such a breakdown in communication between the black man and the black woman. In this drama you will be introduced to seven black women and five men who will help enlighten the black woman to understand the impact her attitude has on the decisions he makes. Satan is out to destroy families. One of the most , powerful tools he uses is our negative attitudes..
The play is set to debut the fall of 2010.
